While America’s founding and early education were based on Judeo-Christian values, the truth of America's goodness and her values are being pushed out of public education and replaced with the teachings of secularism. One such assault on religion and traditional values is the implementation of Comprehensive Sex Education, now mandated in several states, and increasingly used on a district by district basis in others. While the upbringing of children is a “natural right” of parents, schools are increasingly educating children on sexuality issues, even at young ages.
EDUCATION
Government bureaucracies increasingly assert they know better than parents what is in the best interest of a child when it comes to medical care. Whether it is the issue of vaccine mandates, the belief of school and health professionals that a child's gender should be medically transitioned against a parent's wishes, or facilitating sexual health services and abortions for minors without parental knowledge or consent, parents are increasingly being pushed out of the position of being the decision makers for their child's medical care.

The public schools of this state serve the needs of the pupils by cooperating with the pupil’s parents and legal guardians to develop the pupil’s intellectual capabilities and vocational skills in a safe and positive manner.”
